Membership and use of the RM99A Service is subject to the following mandatory eligibility conditions. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes for e-wallet recipients and within one (1) business day for bank transfer recipients, subject to KYC completion and any applicable security checks. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the RM99A platform without express prior written permission from RM99A.
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas submitted by Members to RM99A may be used by RM99A freely without any obligation of compensation or attribution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RM99A, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.
RM99A's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total deposits made by the Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) RM500.
RM99A does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform. RM99A will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable but does not accept liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

In the event of any dispute between you and RM99A, we encourage Members to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of our licensing authority.
The failure by RM99A to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
